How do I start the 3-day free trial?
Create an account in the app using Email, Google, or Apple ID, then choose a plan. Your trial begins automatically and you are not charged until day 3.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed through the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android). Open your device settings → subscriptions → Stay Productive → Cancel. Your trial or billing stops at the end of the current period.
How do I restore a purchase on a new device?
Sign in with the same account on your new device and open Profile → Subscription → Restore purchases. Your premium access will sync automatically.
Can I export or delete my data?
Yes. Go to Profile → Account → Export data to download your journal, gratitude, and goals. To delete your account and all associated data, choose Delete account in the same menu.
I forgot my password. What should I do?
On the sign-in screen, tap “Forgot password” and we will email you a reset link. If you signed up with Google or Apple, use the same provider to sign in.
Do notifications work offline?
Yes. Local notifications for events and checklists are stored on your device and do not need a live connection.
